1. What OmdaBazar is

OmdaBazar is an assisted B2B wholesale marketplace connecting Afghan producers and importers with business buyers. The platform facilitates discovery, RFQs, quotation comparison, documentation and order follow-through. OmdaBazar is not a party to any sale: the contract, payment and delivery exist between the buyer and the supplier alone — see section 5 of the terms of use.

2. Listing accuracy and status labels

Listing information — products, prices, minimum order quantities, stock, response times and contact details — is supplied by the businesses themselves or recorded by platform staff, and can change without notice. The status on each record defines what it means:

• LISTED — directory information compiled from public sources. It has not been document-verified by OmdaBazar.
• ASSESSED / 🛡️ Verified — governed by the evidence and date shown on the profile: identity, site and capacity assessed as stated there.
• Listings are not offers. Nothing on the site is a binding commercial offer until buyer and supplier approve a written order specification.

Report an error or a rights concern to [email protected] or through the support form, and we will correct or remove it.

3. Directory entries compiled from public sources

Some supplier profiles are compiled from publicly available business directories and are shown as LISTED. Inclusion means only that the business appears in public records — no verification, endorsement or relationship with OmdaBazar is implied. If you represent a listed business you can, free of charge:

• claim the listing from its profile page (sign in and use “claim this listing”) to take control of it;
• correct details that are out of date or incomplete;
• request removal of the listing entirely.

4. Verification is not a warranty

A 🛡️ Verified badge summarises an assessment performed on a stated date — identity, production site and capacity — re-checked annually. It is not a per-shipment quality guarantee, a financial rating, an escrow arrangement or a certification of any product. Carry out your own due diligence on every transaction; the production flow includes a documented 3-day inspection window at receipt (terms, section 5).

5. Third-party brand names

Brand and product names — such as Alokozay, Pepsi, Coca-Cola, Samsung, Tecno and Vivo — appear only to describe the kinds of products listed. No affiliation, partnership, sponsorship or endorsement is implied, and no listing should be read as authorised supply from those companies. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.

6. Photos, prices and statistics are representative

• Photos are freely licensed reference images (credited on the image credits page), not photographs of the actual lot or premises.
• Prices and stock on listings and quote ladders are indicative and may change until confirmed in a written order specification.
• Performance statistics — response times, on-time delivery, claim and reorder rates — are computed from records held on the platform and may be revised as orders complete.

7. No professional advice

Nothing on omdabazar.com — including verification tiers, origin records, price ladders, articles and statistics — constitutes a warranty, certification, payment guarantee, or legal, financial or tax advice, and no visitor should rely on it as such. Decisions taken on the basis of platform content are taken at your own commercial risk.

8. External links

The site links to external services for convenience — WhatsApp deep links, supplier websites, public registries and map references. OmdaBazar does not control their content, availability or privacy practices; following a link is at your own risk, and their own terms apply once you leave this site.

9. Availability of the service

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”. Maintenance, outages or changes to features may occur without notice, and content may be corrected or removed at any time. The full limitation of liability is set out in section 9 of the terms of use.
